I cannot RAVE enough about Dustin Shamburg. He is the criminal defense lawyer that you NEED on your side. He helped my boyfriend in several cases (one a possesion charge, the other were two outstanding and very expensive traffic cases) that were all resolved beautifully. We had talked to a few attorneys prior to retaining Dustin and am so happy that we made the right choice. Not only was he super nice, professional, and very responsive (replying via text, email, quickly and outside of typical office hours), he accomodated my boyfriend's financial situation through payment arraignments (a rarity in the field of criminal defense) and worked his butt off to fight for us in court. I'm so happy to report that my boyfriend not only has saved thousands of dollars (in court costs), he's able to get his Drivers license back and lives his life clean (without the lifelong burden of having a record). I was referred to Bryan by a family member. I was kind of hesitant because I had relocated to Texas from Anaheim California and wasn't really sure how he would be able to help me if I am all the way in Texas. Well, best phone call I ever made! Bryan and his team won both my cases. It took about 6 months, he called me about 2-3 times a month to update me on the progress. I never had to call him, unless I was returning his call. 1 expungement and 1 record sealed... they make it seem so easy because they know what they are doing!
