Amazing intake process. Fair, honest and were extremely knowledgeable. These guys treated my wife and I like we had a real chance and so far have stood up to their word. We are very grateful for having found them.

I called on a Monday requesting an idea of the fee for services. I spoke with Eileen, who was very helpful. I was asked to first send a document, which I did. Eileen then immediately texted me a schedule to select a time to briefly meet with an intake specialist, by phone or in person. There were many 15 minute time slots available to choose. After I chose a time convenient for me, Eileen sent me a confirmation email with the details. The following day I had a phone meeting with John, who was also very kind and helpful, and patiently answered all of my questions and quoted a very reasonable fee. And, he offered payment options. The entire intake process took less than two days, was geared to the client’s needs, and was professionally and kindly handled.
