When I first talk to Mr. Alavi he sounded like a friendly person, my wife and I made an appointment to see him and it turned out the man is very down to earth, thru the event I was not and still not familiar with documents but Mr. Alavi walked us thru the process. Definitely recommend friends and relatives to his service, a wonderful experience with a nice, warm and kind person.
