Awesome lawyer was able to sit with my father and I explain everything gave us options and his just waiting for us to hire him which we will for he could take on my father case. I consulted Mark regarding a landlord/tenant dispute and was able to make an appointment and meet with him the same day. Mark took the time to review all of the evidence, helped me understand my options and explained what the process will be going forward. Mark is also willing and ready to represent when the time comes. Prior to speaking with him his paralegal and front desk receptionist are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Got referred to this office from the OC Legal Aid Center. Saw Mark and his staff, and was immediately more comfortable with my real estate situation. Mark took my case and assisted me with the legal system trials and tribulations with a shady money lender/home buyer. Mark and his office sued this shady guy for me to stop the harassment and even got me a settlement that gave me money on TOP of what Mr, Shady Lender owed me!!! Today, I got the final settlement check, and I can't wait to move into my new home!!!

Mark is a dedicated and professional attorney with background in Real Estate. I have had the fortune to see him work firsthand and know that he treats each client as top-priority and passionately represents their interests as if they were his own. I would certainly recommend.

I would highly recommend Mr. Martinez. I consulted with Mr. Martinez and told him I would think about hiring him. The day of the hearing I called him at 7:00 a.m. to hire him. Miraculously, he answered the phone and showed up with me to court that morning. I was being charged with a dui and hit and run with property damage. After Mr. Martinez finished representing me, the DUI was dismissed and I entered a deferred entry of judgment on the hit and run violation. All I had to do was attend 1 class and pay some minimal fines. I was so happy, I used the money I saved to get a tattoo. If you think you need an attorney call Mr. Martinez, he will give you the representation you need and deserve.

I highly recommend Mark Martinez at the Martinez Law Center. I came to his office when my homeowner’s association kept me from moving into my condo by needlessly delaying necessary mold remediation and repairs from an exterior wall leak. Each person I spoke to at Martinez Law was professional and took my concerns seriously. And when I met with Mr. Martinez, he patiently listened to my concerns, asked great questions, and took the time to offer me helpful answers that addressed all my concerns. Working on my own with the homeowner’s association had delayed the move back into my condo by 4 months. Once I spoke to Mr. Martinez, all necessary repairs were completed and I moved back into my home after just two weeks.

I would highly recommend this attorney. I came to him because I was being evicted from my home that I lived at for a number of years. The Landlord was being unreasonable and he got an attorney to do the unlawful detainer. I came to Mark just a few days before the trial date. Mark was able to review the paperwork and point out some procedural defects of the case, and his fees were reasonable!!!
