Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable! I contacted Santa Barbara Estate Planning & Elder Law to learn more about Medi-Cal planning through their website. I received a phone call within about 15 minutes of my inquiry to schedule a Zoom meeting with Julianna Malis. As expected, I was very anxious about this phone call. Let's face it, planning for the eventual and inevitable long-term care for a parent is tough to contemplate. Thankfully, Julianna was very friendly and put me quickly at ease. She was extremely generous with her knowledge and has made this difficult time as stress-free as possible.
