Renee is a fighter. and when you are sitting on the side of the fence with the least number of friends, you are going to want someone like her on your side. I bought a new expensive home. After a few months the stone floor, and inside and exterior walls all cracked around the same area in the kitchen. I called the builder and they repaired all the areas. Within a few months the same problem recurred. This time the stone floor was replaced with a wood floor of my choice. It was very long before their was more cracking. I wanted the builder to find out the cause of the problem but they refused. At that point, I decided I would need to hire an attorney. I was referred to The Law Offices of Renee Nordstrand. Ms. Nordstrand wrote letters and spoke to the builders representative. The builder hired geologists and construction experts and it was determined that the structure was defective in the kitchen area where the cracking was occurring. We moved out of the home for four months while the defect was repaired and we received an additional 10 year home warrantee. I was so pleased that it was all done, to our satisfaction, without the need for litigation.
