Absolutely 5 Stars. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. I highly recommend Harris Personal Injury if you have been in an auto accident. The team at Harris is exceptionally good, very kind and down to earth, and they care about you and your case not their bottom line. I always felt cared after. Any and all of my questions were always thoughtfully and thoroughly answered. They stuck with me, battled with my insurance company, and made me feel well taken care of in my case (where my insurance company was really trying to screw me). In fact, Harris fought for me for over 12 months and got me a fair settlement and took almost no fees to cover their own expenses (and none for their time) as there wasn’t much to go around. So they took the hit. As I mentioned above, they care about you not their bottom line. Evan Spano was my litigation attorney and he was outstanding. Evan was always just a phone call or email away and he always had a kind and informative reply or conversation. Evan is top notch. From start to finish, there were several attorneys that I worked with who were all excellent including Jared Salter, Justin Hall and support staff Jeff Waldram, Dulce Vargas, and Madison Simoes. I can‘t say enough positive commentary about this law firm and their personnel. Absolutely outstanding.

I was in a horrible auto accident. I nearly lost my life. I suffered a traumatic Brain Injury as well as multiple rib and back fractures. I needed to focus solely on my recovery. I utilized the legal acumen of Michael Chaloupka at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. to resolve a motorcycle accident insurance claim. Michael was very professional, thorough and realistic in his explanation of our options in pursuing, proceeding with, and settling the case. Although the ultimate settlement was not ideal, due to the limitations of the insurance coverage, I feel that Michael's efforts secured the best possible outcome, and highly recommend his services.
