Mr. Gregory Mcmurray is an honest and great lawyer. He was upfront honest about how difficult my case was and explained to me with details of the chances of not being able to win my case. He was honest enough that he didnt want to take my case because he knew that it was going to be a difficult case to win. But i insisted he take my case and was very happy he was able to help me with my case. Mr.Mcmurray and his staff have very helpful and they communicate the court results once they are out of court or within 2 hours. Am very thankful and happy with how he handled my case.

Anne Hayes is an amazing attorney. She worked tirelessly with my family over the seven month legal process. She took the time to really understand our unique situation as well as answer the numerous questions we had. Anne Hayes worked diligently and brought my family members home.

Despite obviously appearing to be the best and having quite a case load he made a custody battle easy and is worth having on your side! He made my son feel as though he was his only client. Amazing plans of action from start to finish and an attorney I am grateful for and would recommend to anyone who needs a custody attorney or anything else he specializes in!

Mr. McMurray took on our very complicated adoption case. He explained everything step-by-step and was on top of things at all times. Also, it was impressive that he knew so many lawyers and judges, and had a comfortable rapport with them all. He's clearly respected in the community. He was receptive to our many concerns and helpful with out many questions. I can't thank him enough.

Poor customer service for a deployed member

Bill settled an old case for me that could have caused problems. He Went above and beyond the call of duty to have the case expunged and the records removed. Bill and his team were great to deal with.

I don’t even know where to start with my immensely positive experience and the feedback I have regarding Mr. Mackler and his services provided. A true blessing to the Santa Barbara Community. He is the most kind hearted lawyer, well spoken, intellectual, and truly the best not only in Santa Barbara but in general in his field/area of law that he practices. His immense knowledge plus friendly attitude is something that is very rare and a lawyer like Mr. William Mackler is almost impossible to come by, not only that, his paralegal Maureen is an example to be followed as well by other paralegals at other practices. Keep in mind that when you’re looking for a lawyer, you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to do a great job. He’s not out for the money, he’s out for justice, and he‘s really someone I truly believe what’s to help others. Don’t play yourself, give Mr. Macklers office a call, set up a consultation, and don’t even bother looking elsewhere. Thank me later, this is the best advice I could possibly offer anyone in a legal situation that they need resolved. There is so much to gain from hiring Mr. Mackler, and in some ways, you get a two for one deal, because his paralegal is truly the best Santa Barbara/ The state of California has to offer as well. I’m not one to right reviews, ever, and I only do so if I’m either immensely displeased or extraordinarily impressed by services I have received. Bill is Professional and committed to his clients. Even if you are out of state, he handles things very well to advise his clients with the best options of their rights and responsibilities in difficult times. Very fair and ethical business practice. I will recommend him 100%!!

Mr. Makler, the best of the best. Is that how I even start a review? I've never written one, but I guess that''s what comes first to mind when I think of Mr. Makler. Bill EXTRA - Ordinary, Personable, NEVER will try to cheat you, never will charge / bill you unfairly. Has empathy, no snobby nose as high as a boeing 737 attitude. He has amazing defense strategies, gives you a blunt honest outlook before taking your money, and is well known. 20 Years, tens of thousands of cases successfully from what I read before hiring him. Pretty much cheaper than the others for a much better services/defense/lawyer, and oh man, his secretary/paralegal is like the icing on the cake figuratively. She is professional, helps to the point I believe without any legal knowledge myself, High Quality. High Value. Professionalism on TOP! Responsiveness A+++!! HIRE HIM!!!!
