Mike took my worries away I enjoy being a landlord until the day you deal with the difficult tenant When I knew that time had come I called Mike From past experiences I have learned not to do it myself as I could make the problem much worse navigating between all the legal ramifications The whole ordeal over nine months was not taxing because Mike kept me in the loop and was always aware of time issues What started out as very intimidating ended really well and is now a closed file with a great sigh of relief

I found Mike through yelp when I was attempting to break my lease due to reasons outside of my control. My slumlord. Oops sorry I mean landlord decided to intimidate me with made up fines demanding a payout in the 5 digits. I didn't bother arguing with her and contacted Mike. He explained the rights afforded to me by the state of California and supervised communication with my landlord. Suddenly my landlord turned into a sweet lady and I got my entire deposit back. I also got my landlord a replacement tenant and everyone lived happily ever after. Thanks Mike!

We had reached out to Mike for an employment issue we were having. He took the job on and he did very thorough research and gave us advice that we could very much feel comfortable relying on. Great guy.

Mike has done a great job for me. He is very responsive and thorough. I have used him to handle tenant matters as well as reviewing contracts.

I hired Mike to handle an estate dispute where the trustee was failing his fiduciary responsibilities. I do not live in the U.S. so everything was done long distance. Mike got a very rapid handle on the entire affair, did an outstanding job, kept up communications, and got what we both though was a decent resolution through strong armed negotiations. When we reached a point that was close to equitable, Mike said, "Look, we can fight for the last bit, but I don't believe it will be cost effective." Instead of running up fees in a legal battle he gave me the best advice he could. I have a lot of respect for Mike and his integrity. Although I hope to not require his services again, if I do, I would take him into any fight. Clark
