Professional and responsive staff. It's important to me as a consumer to use a bar-sponsored referral service, because these services do screen attorneys and are not just accepting anyone who can pay a subscription fee. Most attorneys I have spoken with have always said "call the bar," so I do.

I have been a colleague of Mark Flores' for over 22 years. He is a tremendous lawyer and extremely knowledgeable about personal injury matters of all types. He is honest, trustworthy and highly recommended.

In 2014 I was hit by a car while commuting on my bicycle to work. The collision, for which the driver ultimately accepted liability, resulted in a serious back injury that left me disabled for over a year. I turned to Mark Flores for guidance and quickly realized he was there to help. Out of work and in pain, I relied on Mark to advocate for my best interests and to manage all of the legal matters in my case. This made it possible for me to focus on preparing for surgery and getting well. Over the course of the year, Mark was able to help me in suggesting helpful alternatives to help pay for mandatory expenses such as; co-pays and medical bills and living expenses as I was unable to provide them myself while out of work. Throughout my case, Mark and his staff have bent over backwards to accommodate my special needs in a very timely manner. From day one he has guided me step-by-step, helping me identify appropriate medical expertise and helping to communicate with physicians throughout it all. Although Mark is a busy man, he always found the time to answer all my questions and provided clarification when needed. I was completely out of my depth in the legal arena but Mark never made me feel naive. He always treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect. I deeply appreciate all he has done for me, and I can recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs legal guidance.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Flores for anyone in need of a personal injury attourney. Mark is competent, professional and (surprisingingly these days) seems to genuinely care about getting his clients a good settlement. I was seriously injured by a negligent driver as a pedestrian through no fault of my own, I experienced a long and painful recovery process and a complex and extended settlement process, Mark did everything he could to make these processes easier. He is amazing and helped us get through a difficult time and we were completely compensated for our situation.
