I am so thankful for the hard work and dedication J'Aimee and her team have put into my case. The way J'Aimee Oxton has advocated for me, and has done so in a way that ensures that my children and I will be able to walk away from this traumatizing divorce process feeling as supported, as respected, as understood and as safe as possible. Having J'Aimee go to battle for me and my children has taken an immeasurable weight off my shoulders that only someone who has had the bad luck of being in my position could ever understand. After one court appearance with J'Aimee it became more than clear that she is well respected by her colleagues, the Judges she appears in front of, court staff, DA's and local law enforcement. Rumor has it some have even been known to call on her when they (or their loved ones) need legal assistsnce, and proudly call themselves her clients. Regardless, she gives her clients (and her cases) 150% at all times and is never afraid to speak her mind. J'Aimee was methodical with every decision made in my cases and anticipated things no one else could have, which significantly impacted the results she was able to deliver for me. An added bonus is definitely the fact that J'Aimee is one of the most reasonably-priced lawyers in Santa Barbara County, if not THE most reasonably-priced, but even if she wasn't, she still would be WORTH EVERY PENNY! I'm a big fan and have the highest respect for J'Aimee Oxton! As a single mother myself, I admire her for being a robust role model for women. J'Aimèe is very smart, dedicated, hardworking, and one of a kind. She is by far the toughest one, at the same time the most beautiful with a big heart that I've ever met. J’Aimee was the most fantastic lawyer I could have asked for. When I met with her for my consultation involving a serious felony charge, I was terrified about having ruined my future prospects during a dumb mistake my senior year of college. During our consultation J’Aimee not only provided top notch legal advice, but made sure to touch base with me as a person and make sure I was ok and gave some impactful advice about how to handle myself going into my adult life. Within an hour of meeting with her, the documents I needed to be sent to the court and my bail bondsman were prepared and sent out and by the end of our meeting all of my concerns were erased and I was able to walk out of the beautifully designed office in a much better mood than I entered. Plus she has two adorable dogs and wonderfully polite office staff, there was absolutely nothing not to love about my experience with Ms. Oxton’s law office.

I would trust "Ms. Oxton" with my life! Hands down the best criminal defense attorney ever, ever.. She was able to negotiate my 2nd DUI to a reasonable plea(I won't go into details because the plea is just to good to be true!). During the whole process, I left everything in her hands knowing she would represent my best interests and never once doubted her. She knows exactly what she is doing, is supper smart and funny! I recommend her to anyone seeking a criminal attorney!!! (and have actually recommended others to her who have had the best outcomes in the worse situations.)
