I hired Sanford when I needed help with a child custody/family law case. He came highly recommended. I can't think of a better person than Sanford Horowitz! I have heard nothing but troubled stories about other attorneys in Santa Barbara from different people …about how their attorneys were rarely prepared adequately, rarely returned calls, were unavailable on weekends, and mainly just didn't care (although they pretended to). But Sandy is a true professional. He is well respected in court and certainly knows his way around with the judges and other attorneys. Other people have written about how much they were relieved by his help - and I can truly add to that – but the main thing that seems to motivate Sandy is his kindness. I can breathe again, and I will always be indebted to him.

I had never had a legal issue in my life so when one did arise I was scared, worried and emotional. Mr. Horowitz guided me through this very rough time not just legally but emotionally! Always communicating with me at any hour, answering All my concerns and sometimes silly questions! He won my case, never giving up! A lawyer just doesn't Get better than Mr. Horowitz!!

Hiring Sanford Horowitz to represent me in my recent DUI case was the best decision I could have made! He was understanding and offered not only great legal advice, but compassion for what I was going through. This was one of the toughest times in my life, however, knowing he was by my side to represent me gave me great comfort when I was down. He is an excellent Attorney and was able to get me an outcome that I did not think was possible. The Horowitz family from the begging let me know they had my back and were gunna fight for me. He pushed for me to get a release so i could continue work and worked with DA to set up a deal that worked with the judge as well. Anytime i had concerns or questions Mr. Horowitz was always there to help. He let me know if he wasn't available that his team would be able to assist me as well. He put him self out there for me when needing to go to court and other meeting outside of court related to my case. Sanford was recommended by my old lawyer Mr. Eaton and am so happy for it. I will continue to use him in any cases i hopefully do not got.

Sandy is a Rockstar. What else can I say? Unlike many of these bloodsuckers, Sandy was very disarming and willing to hear out my situation, and did not jump to any hasty conclusions about my warrant based on the court's filings. I had something pop up that was quite terrifying and off base from back in college at S.B. in 2010, and I had no idea what to expect. (after all, I was innocent!) The one thing I knew was that I couldn't chance my career and life on NOT having a lawyer. However, attorneys do not come cheap. I was devastated when I was quoted for $2.5K-$20K upon searching for council. I was quoted by many attorneys, and, oh my was I relieved when I found Sanford! I assured Sandy of my innocence, and he assured me that if I was telling him the truth, we had nothing to fear. He hoped that the DA would dismiss the case immediately and I agreed to pay him a reasonable amount to go stand up there with me. SCARY STUFF! Sanford kept his cool, and made sure I kept mine.... Sure enough, case dismissed!! I happily paid him for his excellent service and professionalism. Him and his wife are amazing people, and attorneys! I highly recommend their services and you will not regret hiring this dream team.

I work in public safety. A domestic violence offense could jeopardize my career. After an argument with my wife, the police were called. My wife and I wanted to have all the charges dropped but once the police get called, they have to file a report to the DA.
