In the summer of 2015, I talked over the phone with Mr. Brian Lee a couple of times, asking for his advice regarding my family member's N-400 naturalization application. From the onset, he sounded bored and unfriendly, as if he was being bothered by unwanted calls. Instantly, I lost my desire to continue our conversation any further. Still, I felt that I should express my gratitude for his time. Even before I completed my words of thanks (감사합니다), he hang up. Wow! After a long hesitation and careful consideration, I decided to leave this feedback for the benefit of both Mr. Lee and his prospective clients. I believe that the most important attribute of a good lawyer is the spirit of service and humility which I felt was absent in Mr. Lee. I stand by every and each word of my review.

I did not have any face-to-face session with this lawyer, but emailed him a couple of inquireis, and got prompt replies with detailed explanation about my inquiries. In most cases, lawyers do not repond to email inquiries and even if they did, responses come in weeks later. I strongly recommend this lawyer to everyone.
