I called Navdeep on a very short notice, explained her my situation in a few minutes on the phone. She wrote down all the info as we talked. She answered every single question I had asked. She did educate me on the pros and cons of my situation, this was above and beyond what I had asked for. She took initiative and went as far as researching for the official USCIS publications related to my situation and shared it over email. A very thorough job done. She marked the relevant clauses with a hiliting marker and also explained the same to me with reference to my situation.
