Rick is the best! I am so glad I hired him. First time DUI (and last).Picked Mr. Gazipura because of the good reviews I read and I was not disappointed. Don't think any lawyer is going to make your mistake vanish but a good one will make the process go smoothly. Like he told me "let me do the worrying". He handled all the DMV and Court hearings for me. He even got my fine reduced in half because the infraction happened in a construction zone where fines double. Hire him. You will not regret it.

It was great working with a professional like Rick. He knew how to best work the court, the DA's office, and the DMV to our advantage. I got into a little bit of a situation at a local bar with me facing "Simple Battery," and a "DUI." I decided to retain Rick after our consultation. After reviewing all of the evidence (video footage from the bar and the police bodycam footage), Rick quickly formulated a plan that resulted in the DA not wanting to take this to trial and work out a plea agreement. As part of that agreement the "Simple Battery" was dropped along with the "DUI." Rick was also able to get me a "not guilty finding" on the DUI, so that my drivers license would not be suspended or taken away by the DMV. I didn't have to pay any fines. I didn't have to go to any DUI classes. I didn't have to do any community service. Rick always appeared in court on my behalf, I never had to appear once. He took care of everything. It was all remote (hands off) from my perspective. We spoke over the phone and over email. Money well spent!! Rick made this whole thing very easy! Best possible outcome! Thank you Rick!

When I submitted my application to SSI, I was only 37 years old. My case got denied two or three times. My 1st lawyer was no help and he was not knowledgeable of my medical condition. This is a competent, professional group and everyone is very nice. I appreciated being able to accomplish everything by phone, email and USPS, although phone calls and emails are done by appointment, even for follow up questions. In general, anyone considering a divorce by mediation can expect to hear what the law says but will need to figure things out on their own. There is a need to know the right questions to ask, as neither the big picture nor the little details are fully explained. There might also be days when there seem to be more problems communicating with the attorney than with the ex. Despite the little glitches, we had a very good experience with Divorce Helpline and highly recommend their divorce mediation practice.
