I am writing this review to commend Gina Occhipinti Borasi on the work she did for my family late last year and into this year. My sister was hit by an automobile and was pronounced dead at the scene. Gina not only made the process that we were facing understandable, she also kept us updated and guided us through in a timely manner. Gina did all this with compassion and empathy.
