Initially we had great service, of course though. Getting the money is key. During the course of our case it was often very difficult to get ahold of anyone. I had to constantly call and normally call at least three times before getting a return call. At the end of our time I had to call more often because we were getting letters from the trustee that they didn’t have proof of things we knew we completed. Communication is not their strong suit, but they were helpful in the service provided.
