It comes without any hesitation that this process bring on stress like no other. Tom, knew the opposing counsel and their capabilities (or lack there of) and kept me abreast of the situation every step of the way. His communication style in addition to his knowledge of the law (and opportunity cost of going to trial or not) is second to none. With the CA Family Law division of Santa Cruz and its liberal agenda not as your friend, he guided me in the right direction and all I can state is don't go about the divorce process without Tom as your guide.

I highly recommend Tom Stinson for your family law needs. During a very trying time, Tom took on my case while he was very busy since he wanted to help me. His forte are he writes very clear and phenomenal declarations to the court that exactly represents my case. Tom did everything in a professional way with a touch of sympathy to me as a client. Jason is a great attorney. He always takes the time to speak with me whenever I have any doubts. He always answers or gives me a call back even late at night.
