Going through a divorce is one of the most difficult and stressful events. I chose Stephen Wagner because at my initial consultation, he made me feel like I would have an attorney willing to go the extra mile for me. ( In addition, his staff has such a positive attitude too!) My instinct was correct. During my entire divorce, he was flexible, extremely prepared, explained complicated issues in a simplistic way, respectful, and he successfully pleaded my case in court. I walked away from my experience with Stephen Wagner feeling extremely satisfied. Mucho cuidado no te ayudan con nada nomas a sacarte tu dinero en mi caso no isieron nada todo fue en mi contra ellos no te explican nada te ponen con un abogado y despues te cambian a otro y finalmente temandan acorte con alguien que no save nada de tu caso y segun era un solo pago x todo el servicio y salio carisimo y sin ellos aser nada pero no te explican que cobran x horas y no sierran el caso aunque lo pidas para seguirte cobrando ojo no los contrates estiven te resive segun muy amable y noble y te dise que el en san fransisco te ayuda, pero te ayuda a desfalcarte casi 5000 dls regalados llebo y todo fue a mi contra y ellos no ablaron alcontrario me atacaron no los contrates

I write this review regarding the law office of Comstock & Wagner on an evening which finds me extremely elated, grateful, and appreciative. I am a lucky man who happens to be the father to an amazing four year old little girl. The love that I hold for my daughter makes me a better man. I do not take the honor of being her daddy lightly, nor will I ever ignore the responsibilities that it entails. She is me and more. Today Stephen Wagner (with the assistance of his entire team at the office, especially the always friendly and polite Sergio) obtained sole legal custody for me of my daughter. Please allow that to sink in. I am a single FATHER who has just received sole legal custody of his four year old daughter from a mother who contested the proceedings the entire time. Although Stephen Wagner was incredibly professional and proficient during this difficult process it was Stephen's complete trust in me, his genuine sense of caring towards my case, and his (much needed) empathy towards me personally which meant the most. I will always be thankful and appreciative to Stephen for the significant role that he has played in my daughter's life, and to mine as well of course. Absolutely horrible experience. Had two cases with Steve and he assured me that this was a cut and dry case. So I hired him spent more money and in return he spent NO time on my cases. Come court date he was so unprepared that he had to ask opposing council for paperwork maybe because he was to busy soliciting work in the court house hallway to remember what he was there for. He went to court for me for child support case and beings my work was slow and amount paid was depending on my work never did he call to see if I was employed or not and never did he call after in fact still waiting on that call. Needless to say if u need an attorney to spend time and fight for you DON'T GO HERE. Filled his pocket book and emptied mine. HORRIBLE.
