Disappointing. We made an appointment and when we called in, were told the attorney was at lunch. He finally called 15 minutes late. This wasn't useful as we'd changed around our work days to make our appointment time work. It felt very disrespectful, especially when it seemed as just business as usual for them.

I only give this man five stars because he spoke good about my deceased father in a eulogy.
