I contacted Joseph after being unhappy with another attorney. He has excellent communication, and kept me a part of the decision making process. He figures out what you need for your case and allows you to be a part of it. He got me a new QME doctor after the first one was the worst.

OMG, this was the first ever attorney that I've hired and the experience was awesome. He took away all the doubt and fears that i had and replaced them with total confidence in "him" and the process of law. Not only did he make it comfortable being very informative and knowledgeable, but he also became a friend talking for hours on the phone! He would even take time to call you after business hours and what ever it took to make it less stressful...he once said "let him deal with the stress". Joseph's work ethic is amazing compared to the other big companies because he's a fighter, a "go-getter" and not intimidated by the "big-dogs". As a matter of fact his aggressiveness is what sets him apart from the other...."it's about you the client first, before the money" unlike the others where it's so impersonal. Needless to say, he won my case and in record time..."wow!" Thank you Joseph, a true friend!

Mr. Egan did work for my wife and I during a very long and drawn out mediation. He was great to work with, explained how the process would go and what to watch out for. During negotiations he kept a cool head and was able to calmly analyze the situation. I highly recommend him!

Jude Egan is a SUPERSTAR attorney! I'm so lucky I went to him first to discuss my case. Jude listened and then provided me with clear and thorough feedback on the best steps to take to succeed in my case. He is well respected in the legal community, which is a big plus for anyone that uses his expert legal services.

This man is just totally inept… I had a full on hour plus conversation with the man about my case and he called me back the next day asking questions indicating he had NO (zero) recollection of the conversation at ALL. When I parted ways him, his paralegal sent me my files AND a whole bunch of other people's info, including but not limited to: names, addresses, testimony, case numbers, social security numbers, etc. YIKES! (Not to worry, I shredded it all) He is a nice enough guy, just not one I would trust important matters with, ****UPDATE 8/18**** ... concerning Jude’s super defensive owner response below: Hmmm… not quite sure how your argument relates to the points brought up in my review? I did indeed fall victim to security hack. I can’t and won’t apologize for the creep responsible, but I sure do feel badly that you and your wife were affected negatively by it as well. But back to the point at hand…. HOW exactly does my security breech, relate to YOUR office sending me the files of MANY of your other clients? Gosh - I am not sure it does. Other than trying to attempt to attack my character, the fact remains that you’re paralegal photo-copied and sent me the personal information of MANY of your other clients via snail-mail included in my own personal file. It is not at all a lie. If you think it is - perhaps you should contact the court clerk as well as the other attorneys involved. Not knowing what the heck to do with these random people’s info, and not hearing back from you, I contacted them to try to get their info back. I think your “pro bono” work, which was actually a contingency; that the commissioner ordered the other parent to pay you your fee of some $500 to you in legal fees; was not half bad. You reached a decent settlement, all things considered, in my case. You, of course, could have showed up on time, and better prepared, but I was not outraged at the outcome at all. MY review was NOT about that though, nor was it about your character in general - it was regarding the fact that your client information is NOT safe with you. If you “accidentally” mailed other clients’ information to me to me, it begs the question, who has my information? That is all really. I think the public has the right to know that their names, addresses, social security numbers, etc. could end up in the hands of total strangers. And that is a scary thing that raises all sorts of ethical and confidentiality questions about you. I am particularly sensitive to it because of the identity theft I went through.

Joe was thorough in his review and understanding of our circumstances. He explained the necessary and potential actions as well as the various options moving forward. All in an easy to understand and respectful way. His understanding of the legal situations was very helpful, I would recommend checking with Joe on any tenant or lease questions or concerns.

Joseph Lounsbury was professional, curtious, and direct. He answered all my questions and pointed me in the direction I needed to go.

Anyone dealing with family law issues needs to definitely call the law office of Mr. Jude Egan. He is the best of the best, and the staff is amazing. They are a true definition of a TEAM! He represented my husband and I when we saw our selfs in a true nightmare. He not only gave us our life back but helped to keep our family together. I can go on and on about this amazing law office! Without a doubt he is the best!

I recommend this attorney without any reservation. His professionalism and demeanor spoke of someone so thorough from the first meeting with him that I have no doubts about his ability to successfully represent me in my complicated business matter. Unfortunately, he answered all of my questions on our initial consult and he steered me down a different (cheaper) path than hiring him for litigation. Which, is honestly something that I don't really hear of any lawyers doing, ever. I mean, they're all in it for the money, right? His ethics and personality are beyond reproach and he has solved quite possibly the most complicated business matter I have ever been involved in with just a simple Q and A and within a short time. I hired Joseph (Joe) for a consultation regarding issues I was having with a landlord at the time. In addition to neglecting numerous serious repairs while I lived in the apartment, they also tried to withhold all of my security deposit ($4,000). Having never met with a lawyer before, I was unsure about what to expect. Joe was clearly very professional and knowledgeable, but was still friendly and put me at ease. He took a look at my rental contract, and found a move-in damage report that I had completely forgotten about. He "coached" me in how I should approach the landlord, and what I should (and should not) say to them. After meeting with Joe, I was able to approach the landlord with a better understanding of my rights as a renter. Additionally, the mention that I was meeting with an attorney, even if only for a consult, was helpful in convincing the landlord I was serious. Eventually I was able to get nearly all of my deposit returned to me. Without the assistance and information from Joe, I highly doubt that I would have had much (or any) of my deposit returned to me. Cannot recommend Joe highly enough, if I ever have any other legal issues I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Joe!
