Shopped around and this was my 3rd consultation in Santa Maria and due to my circumstances changing I no longer needed to pursue my legal issue. Now if my situation changes I know now I am going with this office. Not only is he knowledgeable but his staff alone was very inviting and welcoming. Previous law offices I visited (wont say names) the office staff barely cracked a smile. Morgan Holland office welcome/greeted and even had small talk while I waited since I arrived early. Thank you! If you want an attorney that knows what he's talking about then R. Morgan Holland is who you need to hire. Going in front of a judge during a stressful divorce, even if you have done nothing wrong, is always a nerve wracking & scary experience. Not if Mr. Holland is representing you. The judge and other attorneys respect him it's obvious. The women in his office are professional and courteous. They listen and talk calmly to callers even at times of hysteria on the other end of the phone. Not an easy job I'm sure. I consider myself very lucky to have had his representation (& patience) during a very difficult time in my life.

It's been about 7 years Mr.Morgan Holland helped me to get custody of my son when his mother was on drugs! Mr. Morgan Holland is an awesome attorney and his experience shows it! He is intelligent, calm and stays a steady coarse. My dad got a divorce after 40+years of marriage and Mr Holland got him all the assets. I highly recommend him.
