I hired James Tringham after I was faced with an unexpected break up with my former fiancée, which forced me to seek custody of my then 2 1/2 year old daughter. From the beginning I knew my case would be a difficult one since I was a father seeking custody of my young daughter who would have faced an out of state move if she were to be awarded to her mother. However the difficulty of the case and the possible unwanted outcome did not scare James away from the ultimate task. James listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I never second guessed James’ ability and I hired him on the spot after my first consultation with him. The custody battle took about 2 1/2 years to resolve during that time frame Mr. Tringham was extremely attentive and easy to talk to. I’ve sent him countless emails that have never gone unanswered, he has the ability to explain legal jargon so the average person is able to fully understand it. To say I would recommend James is an understatement. He was able to get me through the toughest, most important situations of my life. I placed my daughter’s future in his hands and he was truly able to deliver, and that is something I could never thank or repay him enough for. I hope that I will never need his services again, but if so I would not hesitate to rehire him.
