Danny is your guy for any labor law related matter! I went to him to help me with a labor law case & he was extremely knowledgeable and sharp. It was easy to get in touch with him and communicate with him regarding my case which is always a plus when dealing with an attorney. Great legal advice for employees and employers. They helped me with several employment contracts and advised me on negotiations. I am not an expert in HR policies, payroll, hiring, firing, PIPs or worker classification (1099s/W2). They broke everything down for me and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
