It’s quite alarming how this “lawyer” is practicing as he literally provided me inaccurate information regarding California Lemon Laws that this practice supposedly specializes in hahaha he specifically stated that my vehicle is not considered a lemon due to the fact that it’s not “certified pre owned” and that I wouldn’t have a case. THAT IS NOT VALID! Luckily, I’m not as dumb as he is so I was already fully aware that a vehicle purchased directly from a dealership could be classified as a lemon. Imagine if I was naive or as dumb as he is, I could’ve lost thousands of dollars! Thankfully, I have more than one lawyer with the brain capacity to represent me on multiple capacities. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this firm to anyone as a CA native but if anything tell them to avoid this unethical, dishonest, wannabe “lawyer” Sina.

Sina was professional, and a great communicator who walked me through the process and delivered exactly what I expected from him. I highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I highly recommend Sina! I had issues with GM over my Chevy Bolt and when I googled lemon law attorneys Sina was one of the first to pop up. After reading the reviews he was the only one I messaged about the issues I was having. Sina got back to me quickly, discussed the case and spelled out the possible scenarios. The thing I liked was he is really dialed in to CA Lemmon law, knows the players at the manufactures and knows how they do things. It took a while (not his fault, GM takes their sweet time) but in the end I got a better settlement than I thought was possible.

I would say this was a coincidence but after talking my case over with him im not surprised. Sina is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Easy guy to talk to and gets things done!
