I was connected with Sina through a mutual friend after I was a passenger in a car accident. Sina was quick to explain the full process of a personal injury claim in our first meeting. He helped to make sure I received the health care I needed (physical therapy, orthopaedist, MRIs, etc) and got me back on my feet. A short time later we started negotiations with the insurance company and Sina and Maria kept me up to date. Eventually I approved our settlement and was quite happy with my portion. 5 stars!

I would recommend Sina to anyone for personal injury or similar cases. He is professional, responsive, authentic, and most importantly really smart and a great attorney. Unlike some big law firm with billboards everywhere, he actually manages each case himself. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I found this practice online and I was really happy with my choice. Without going into detail, I requested a case to be expunged from my record. Emailed them, they obtained basic information - I didn't even have my case # because my previous lawyer was so difficult to deal with. Everything was done through email, and 2 months later, my record was dismissed - not expunged - dismissed! Hart Levin was great in explaining to me the results and I'm really happy that I went through this process with them.

I highly recommend Sina if you're involved in a serious car accident. At the beginning of 2020 my wife and I along with our 3 1/2 year old were returning from a doctor appointment in Santa Monica when out of nowhere a car making an illegal maneuver darted out in front us and there was no time at all to react. We slammed into the car that was now suddenly in our lane sideways and we flipped over in our convertible, landing upside down on the road. My arm went through the window on impact. Unbelievably, my wife and daughter did not sustain injury quite as bad as I had. We never thought we'd be in a accident like what we experienced, everything changed in an instant and it has taken a long time for us to recover. We were turned off by a different personal injury firm we had met with first by a lack of professionalism, and then we found Sina Rez Law. Sina helped us through 2020 and to a highly successful settlement. We were lucky to find him. He is extremely good at what he does. His knowledge and skill are top notch and he's an excellent communicator and a kind person as well. We greatly appreciate all he has done. He really went above and beyond. First off, I would like to thank Sina again for his top notch, above and beyond handling of my lemon law case, and his communication with me as a client. I have not been the quickest client to respond, but he was just so patient, friendly, and personable. I got in a car accident and didn't know who to call. I took a gamble and called McGee Lerer & Associates. I didn't know if I was picking the right lawyer but I can tell you it was the best choice of my life. We won and I can put this behind me now. They are professional and when you walk into one of their offices you can tell they win cases. The staff is smart and help you along the entire process. I hope I never get into another car accident but if I do I will be calling them again.

Sina! He's truly one of the good ones out there. I have never had a PI lawyer before and was pretty hesitant about getting one, but randomly got rear ended hard and it ended up totaling my car. I was lost in the process and the insurance companies were completely frustrating and being very shady about helping me. I found Sina through a yelp search and it was the best decision I made. He helped me with all aspects of my case (which he didn't need to), was super patient, nice and willing to listen. It wasn't a huge case, but he still treated me with respect and I never felt not prioritized by him. I was always able to reach him and he kept me updated on all aspects of my case. He also went to USC Law, is super smart, thorough and knows his stuff. I am glad I got to know him and work with him. Highly recommend.
