To this day, I remember when I first contacted Ari Pourat. It was a late Sunday evening when I sent an email to him about the HORRIBLE experience I was going through with my employer at that time. I did not think I would hear back from him for a couple of days. Well, he contacted me that same day within an hour. We set up a day to meet that was convenient for me. He worked with my schedule. I retained Mr. Pourat soon after I was wrongfully terminated in 2014. He offered substantial and honest advice prior to me signing the retainer, I know exactly how he charges with no hidden fees and what should be my expectation for my case. And that's extremely important for someone just got wrongfully terminated and wasn't working and know nothing about the law. Nothing but the best! From beginning to the end, he has always been very professional in all his emails and over the phone conversations. The thing I like about him the most is that, unlike most lawyers, he's very easy to reach, and he responds within 15 mins to two hour max. I don't have to jump through hoops just to get an answer from him. This is one of the thing I like about him the most. Nowadays it's not easy to find a well respected lawyer that will treat every client like he/she is his most important client. Though he's very busy, he was always in communication with me, informed me know the status of my case via emails or phone, and I did't have to guess. Based on this single factor alone, I must rate him 5 stars, 6 stars if I could. I mean how often will an attorney make himself/herself available to you, not many. I personally dealt with few family attorneys and personal injury attorneys before, and none of them are able to make themselves available like Mr. Pourat. On the date of the mediation, I wasn't sure what I need to do or say, but he made sure everything will be fine and he guided me throughout the entire process. For someone that never been through a mediation, he made the whole experience less stressful. I highly recommended Ari Pourat to be your attorney.
