Very glad I had Sina law firm in my Chevy Bolt case. We always had fluent, clear and speedy communication regarding my case.

Just finished my lemon law case last week on a 2021 F-150. After having a defective transmission repaired/ replaced twice this year and consistent electrical issues since 3 months of owning the truck brand new, I reached out to a couple Lemon Law Lawyers to see what options I had. Two other lawyers said I did not qualify or my case wasn't strong enough. I found Sina Rex Law randomly on Instagram and found their videos informative and simple for what can be a complex ordeal. I reached out and their staff's customer service was impeccable. They heard me out and requested to see the documentation I had. Joseph was always a pleasure to talk to. Whenever an update was available he would call and email immediately. I was fortunate that Ford decided to do an expedited settlement for my case. As expected the vehicle manufacturer countered with delay after delay. Sina Rez Law kept us informed and explained every step of the process. They collaborated with us to identify the documents available to support our claim. Their communication through every step was just right. They kept us informed but didn't burden us with unnecessary details. The status updates were appreciated. Once we were notified of a probably settlement, we expected a few thousand dollars at most. We really didn't think that the claim was too significant. We were shocked to hear that our share of the settlement was almost 65% of the full out-the-door purchase price for a vehicle that was purchased six years earlier. I highly recommend Sina Rez Law for their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and most importantly for their results.

The whole team was super communicative; the process took a long time, but when I asked for updates, I got them quickly, even if the update was that the earliest available court date was 6 months to a year out. Even then, if I didn't ask, I would still get a check in letting me know where things were at. In the end, the results were better than I could have expected!
