I consulted and hired Daniel Rodarte, Esq. for two family legal matters. One was a review of my mother's trust. Mr. Rodarte caught some lapses from a previous update that left me vulnerable as the successor trustee. He quickly remedied the vulnerability in an amendment. The second matter involved administering a very complex Trust/Estate upon the death of a family member. He guided me through the process, highlighting legal and accounting issues, protecting assets, and clarifying confusing elements. He drafted the multiple subtrusts, and associated legal forms needed by beneficiaries residing in different states. Mr. Rodarte's guidance proved invaluable. I found him to have integrity and competency, as well as being easy to communicate with.
