I met Julia at a networking event and was very impressed with her as a person and the work she was doing as a start-up lawyer in LA. As luck would have it, just a few weeks later I needed guidance shutting down my LLC and buying out my cofounder. Julia was incredibly helpful, responsive, and clear in her communication. What I appreciated most though was that she gave me great direction and impartial advice. She guided me on the right steps, was clear about where she could help me, and where I would be better served seeking other counsel. I really felt like she was looking out for my best interest! Great experience and would definitely recommend to others!
