I had a motorcycle accident and suffered a number of injuries including some damage to one of my eyes that ended up requiring multiple surgeries. I started contacting lawyers and the first one, who had been referred by a friend, told me the percentage he took – which was 3% higher than the standard – then told me because I was refereed by a friend and he liked me he would deduct 3% from his take. I didn’t like the sound of that or many of the other things he was suggesting. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that he was pressuring me to make a decision immediately. I did some more looking and saw the positive reviews on Sina and gave him a call – he was the exact opposite of the previous lawyer. No pressure and nothing that sounded the least bit underhanded, just a clear explanation of the process. I immediately signed on and the process proceeded smoothly. Both Sina and his assistant Maria helped me above and beyond our original agreement. In the end I received a great settlement. The bottom line is that Sina is a decent man working in a field filled with all species of unscrupulous characters.
