My lemon law case with Sina went shockingly smoothly. After watching one of Sina’s instagram ads about my exact vehicle and issue, I knew I had to call him. From the initial consultation, I could tell Sina was going to crush it. He was knowledgeable and confident, yet had a laid back demeanor that put me at ease. A few weeks after we submitted the paperwork to the car company, they responded with a positive outcome agreeing to re-purchase my vehicle. It could not have been easier. We owned a 2017 Chevy Bolt EV. In 2021 Chevy announced a recall because of the battery. We traded it in for a 2022 Bolt EUV. Thirty days later Chevy announced a recall on that model. Nine months later we hadn't heard anything from Chevy about when they were going to fix the battery. To add insult to injury, Chevy announced a rebate of $6,300 for 2022 Bolt owners, IF they bought them in 2022. Well, we bought ours in 2021! So, lemon law it was. We hired Sina and were very pleased. He was thorough and responsive. Although the process took 8 months, we received our check and the loan was paid off last week. We got back pretty much everything we spent on the car. Just some dealer add-ons that Chey wouldn't reimburse. If you're thinking of lemon lawing your car, you can't do much better than Sina.
