The law offices of McGee and Leher whose lead attorney Dan McGee totally dropped and mismanaged my case and let valuable evidence expire by doing very little. He had me running all over town to try to get evidence for him while I was concussed! And his staff could not even open a simple file that I opened in 2 seconds. He didn't even have the decency to explain to me why he dropped the case. And then sent me on a wild-goose chase to a lawyer who wasn't even responsible. I will be reporting him to the California Bar association and doing reviews on all the websites about their service because nobody should have to be treated and betrayed like this in a vulnerable state with a brain injury! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to them!!! They only care about fattening their wallets and if that doesn't happen they will drop you long after you start with them. The first meeting he and his wife Catherine told me it was a six-figure case with clear liability. And then they mysteriously drop me without reason to fend for myself once valuable evidence has expired like probable footage of my fall from a different camera angle. They didn't even try to find it and now it has probably been erased!! Please there are so many law firms in this town do not make the same mistake I did!
