If you're looking for an attorney who is licensed in both California and New York who practices in several areas of law I definitely recommend Richard Freiman. I have enormous respect for his professionalism and knowledge. He is superb in his writings, which also include appellate briefs. In my case I needed someone who understood fraud, wrongful foreclosure, Securitization, REMIC Trusts, and MERS as well as an attorney who would be there to go up against the large Wall Street Banks and other associates all of whom I am suing for fraud, forgery, and wrongful foreclosure among other things. Richard Freiman works on a limited representation basis with a fixed cost for each job he does for me. For instance it was a separate cost for reviewing my documents and filing complaint which included Richard's appearance in court. By his charging in this manner I knew exactly what my costs would be and didn't have to worry about large hourly legal fees piling up. I’m able to call him whenever I have a question and get an immediate response at no charge, even when he's not currently working on a particular job for me. We have worked this way for nearly 2 years and he is an amazing asset to my case against the banks and their cohorts.
