Ms. Clemans represented my husband in a 17b (reduce a felony to a misdemeanor). Our previous attorney omitted the request and therefore it was not removed. Ms. Clemans fought for my husband and did not stop nor give up until a resolution was achieved which resulted in obtaining the misdemeanor. We are forever grateful and truly believe we are blessed to have been represented by an attorney who did her due diligence and cared about getting "equal justice" for my husband. Victoria Clemans was my private lawyer for my first and last case. She was amazing for her work that made me get a misdemeanor instead of a felony in my record, and she was able to get me 120 hours of community Labor which is 15 days instead of paying any fees. I recommend her for anyone who needs help with their case.

Ms. Clemans is an amazing and capable attorney. She is well versed in numerous aspects of a defense attorney. Besides her knowledge of the law, she is skillful at determining defense strategies and assessing her clients. She is assertive when needed yet practical when presented with situations. She has a humanistic set of core principles which shows in her sensitivity towards her clients. Ms Clemans approaches her clients/cases with an attitude of caring for clients, not looking at them as just another case. Ms Clemons is the best attorney. She is nice and kind and a very sweet hearted person that gets the job done. She is honest and she don't beat around the bush. I was really facing a lot of time in jail. She will help you if she can and she is not one of them attorney that be only wanting your money. Ms. Clemans was recommended to us by another attorney for my brother case. Originally we thought the case was going to be a short and quick. However it was the opposite. Ms Clemans stood by us fighting for my brother's innocence on a sex offender plea deal and 6 other counts of misdemeanor. We were on trial for 7 weeks and got a not GUILTY. My brother is not on a sex offender list today because Ms. Clemans presented his case well and worked very hard to declare his innocence. She is a brilliant attorney who knows and understands the law. I would highly recommed her

First off I want to thank you Victoria ! My case were rocky in the beginning I had a different attorney and Everytime I came to court I felt hopeless, only hearing bad news and walked out devastated not knowing if I’ll be away from my kids ... Some how they end up giving my case to ms.clemans ! From the second she was my attorney she told me nothing but positive things and told me how she’s going to fight this and I won’t be disappointed ! She communicated well with me and was very theral with what she needed to know and what she needed from me. There was never a time she didn’t answer my call ! Long story short ! In my experience Ms. Clemans was excellent. We worked with Clemans for 3 months and although judge decided to violate him ,she went out of her way and put a lot of effort into this case including private investigators and now she is working on a probation appeal ,I highly recommend Victoria Cleamans
