From my very first consultation, I felt like Zak and his team were going to take care of me. I knew nothing about the legal process going in, but Zak, Julie, and Carlen held my hand throughout the whole process. They were always available to answer my questions, and at moments where the legal process was emotional and overwhelming for me, they completely protected me and did their best to ease my anxieties of having to constantly relive and speak about the trauma that started the whole thing.
