Avi was great in helping us get our earnest money deposit back. We cancelled the escrow due to inspection contingency, but the sellers refused to return our money and lawyered up. I called and spoke with Avi, asking him questions to determine whether or not he is the type of attorney I'm looking for. He was condescending from the start, and even insinuated that I was lying. I called to ask questions, and he was accusing me of not being up front with him. That was a huge red flag to me. We will not be using his services. Update: Thank you for your response. It perfectly demonstrates your lack of ability to recognize reality, and the reason potential clients should steer clear of you.
