Avi was truly amazing in helping us quickly resolve a challenge with getting 85% of our EMD in the purchase of a house. We engaged Avi (Sinai Law) due to challenges we were facing with our rental property in Santa Monica. As the tenant we didn't have full understanding of our rights in the USA coming from Australia. A short couple of weeks after engaging Avi we were able to break our lease, receive all of our bond back, as well as obtain some associated compensation for our inconveniences.
