Avi was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Though, my insurance picked up my lawsuit, it's thanks to Avi's responsiveness and knowledge that I was able to progress. He was out on holiday the day I called, but he followed up first thing the next morning and helped me triage my situation. I very much appreciate the fact that he answers his own phone versus the experience I had with other attorney's whose office would set me up with an appointment and never follow through. Highly recommend him!

TL;DR: Don't believe the negative reviews. I Highly recommend Sinai Law Firm. Avi is honest, upfront and sincere. He helps people who need it and ensures justice is done. When I found Sinai Law Firm I was in desperate need of help regarding an old landlord. I had been in contact with 4 other attorneys regarding a lawsuit from the landlord I had back in 2018 in CA for over $80K for back rent my ex-husband owed from 2020 - 2021(when I wasn't living there or under contract). All the other attorneys said I would have to pay or to just allow it. Sinai Law Firm's Avi was the first attorney to hear me out, realize the actual predicament and help. My current location is PA so he helped me file and get ready for trial. He was upfront of his costs and walked me through every step. He even convinced me I didn't need him to represent me in court and helped me set-up to battle this correctly. His goal was to ensure I got justice, not to fill his pockets. Avi's help in filing and his guidance on what to prep was invaluable. Everything he outlined I would be asked about (and would need documentation for) came to fruition when I met the judge. He didn't try to gouge me on prices or force me to pay more than was absolutely needed. He was genuine and friendly. I highly recommend Sinai Law Firm and Avi for any real estate legal matters you may have. He is not only knowledgeable but honest, friendly and understanding.

Avi Sinai is excellent! He is sharp, on point, punctual, up to date, and extremely professional. Best of all, he answers the phone, he even picks up after business hours... wait... there's more... he even answers weekends! You don't get thrown around waiting on hold or leaving messages. He will go out of his way for you, just like he did for me. Trust me, you WANT this guy on your team whether you are the plaintiff or defendant. In busy Los Angeles it is very difficult to find an attorney that will actually answer your email, or pickup your call, everyone is too busy. But Avi stands out and deserves the credit. Avi Sinai was AMAZING! I had just moved to Santa Monica in February 2022. I ended up renting from a very unethical management co and had to get out of my lease! He quoted me a price, did everything he promised!! Was able to get me out of my lease, get my security deposit back and dealt with the awful Management Co. I had rented from here in LA. You can trust Avi, he is a great attorney and knows what he is doing regarding the laws and rights for Renters.

Sinai Law Firm is not on your side. Don’t believe a word they say or you will end up broke and on the street. A total con job.
