Randolph and Sampson attorney This Law Firm is the worst and a bunch of scam artists. I never spoke to an attorney. I was only assigned a paralegal. The paralegal was difficult to make contact with. The Firm fees are 33 1/3 percent UNLESS They filed with the courts  then it's 40%. The Firm never discussed my case with me about filing with the courts.Then with a click of a computer they filed my case with the courts  which increase their fees to 40%. This was done at the end of my case.The case was settled  outside of court.They made out like fat rats and got their 40%.I got minimal compensation and still dealing with my injuries. Be very careful of this Law Firm!

I was hurt in a car accident when my car was rear ended by reckless driver on the 60 freeway. The team at The Tabibnia law firm was great at fighting for me to get the compensation I deserved.
