In these current times of rarely finding individuals who actually return phone calls and have a solid work ethic, Mr. Moss was a refreshing surprise. I'd called his office to request information regarding my options in dealing with an insurance company whose client had rear-ended my vehicle. I was astounded when Mr. Moss returned my call within about an hour-and-a-half and provided me with his cell phone number so that I could return his call. Though I was a total stranger, he seemed genuinely concerned with giving me the advice I needed. It was not complicated advice, but it gave me the confidence to feel that I could, in fact, deal from a strong position. I was impressed with his professionalism and sense of responsibility, and I shall not hesitate to contact him in the future should the need arise.

Several years ago I was owed substantial commissions and salary from my former employer, who refused to pay me what I was owed.
