Our friends referred us to Josh West. We needed someone who would be kind and patient with our elderly father and who wouldn't mind overcoming a language barrier. Josh would explain things to us as many times as we needed to not just understand, but to feel confident. I generally avoid legal issues at all costs, they can be so intimidating. When I suffered an injury that left me with a disability, a friend referred me to Mr. West. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. His staff is efficient and great to work with. I couldn’t believe the generous, yet fair, settlement I received. The fees were more than reasonable. His firm put in a great deal of time and effort without any guarantee of payment. After working with him on this matter, I hired him to help me with my parent’s estate. I am so grateful that I did. I lost my child in a most horrific death and this horrible attorney was so money hungry in the wrongful death/med malpractice case! He pushed me to have a memorial right away for the sake of HIS CASE! I was not close to ready in my grief!!! He was absolutely terrible and then he pushes his Christian ideology on me! So unprofessional! Shame on him!! Avoid him.
