I called Brian to set an appointment for a free consultation. He answered the phone and we actually had the consultation right then which was very convenient. After discussing my concerns, I expected that he would set another appointment so we could get the proceedings underway. I was shocked when he actually told me that in my case, bankruptcy was not necessarily the best course of action for me at this time. Talk about being shocked. Here's a gut that doesn't know me from Adam, but had MY best interest at heart, not his own gain. I would whole heartedly recommend Brian with no hesitation!

When I decided to declare Bankruptcy last year I browsed the internet for a lawyer. I chose Brian A. Barboza and called and met him in his office. Everything was easy and fast and my memories are only positive. It was no " big deal" and that was important for me. The fact that I was 85 and being originally from Germany and the " legal Language" is therefore understandable more complicated for me, was no problem because of his support.
