Choosing The Henderson Law Firm was the best decision my family and I ever made. Michael and all of the Henderson Law Firm staff were extremely helpful. They all truly cared about me, my family and how we were all suffering from my injuries I had received. They all fought hard for us. Being in a lawsuit is truly no fun, most aren't familiar with terms used, the process, and realistic expectations of results. I was referred to Mr. Henderson's firm Teal Montgomery and Henderson, by a friend who had a positive outcome from settling a similar case of birth injury, resulting in severe cerebral palsy. Upon discovering that the statute of limitations had run out for my son's birth injury case, the team at Teal law did everything in their power to gain a settlement for my son and his lifelong needs. This was a very complicated and arduous case and they put immense time and energy into discovering everything they could and finding the very best experts to be witnesses on trial if need be.
