Leo Alberigi handled my daughter's complicated case with grace and dignity. I am so proud to have him as our attorney. He is very professional, soft spoken and compassionate about his work. Our trial took us out of Santa Rosa. Mr. Alberigi and Kelsi Pena were so very accommodating and flexible in an outside district where things were very complex. They won our case for us through dignity and truth. They both did vigilant research and study as our approach needed adjustment several times. They always came back with new strategies to finally overcome the multitude of lies and manipulation we faced, as they had to argue against non-truth from the other side. They were professional and able to reassure me when things were challenging. My daughter was rightfully gifted a large sum of money, sadley her father tried hard to keep it from her. The funds were released after 2 years and she is now getting the mental health and specialized education she needs. Leo and Kelsi saved her life from her own hand at suicide. My daughter is now thriving, has nearly caught up to her original high school grade level, off 2 medications and is in remission. We will be moving into our permanent home next month and are getting closer to our baseline lifestyle. This never would have happened without the expertise, diligence and humanity of Mr. Leo Alberigi and Mrs. Kelsi Pena. We are blessed to have found them!

Since I am unable to give him a 0 or minus star, I have to settle for one, if the other option was available he would have received that. He did return my case file, he retired prior to my case being heard without letting me know and now I am unable to reach him at all. There is more I could say but won't, since he longer practices law. From my understanding he started to a new business regarding different areas of housing. If you need a retired attorney/reinvented business man regarding housing or anything, don't call or count on him.
