My first impression of Wilber law offices was the initial intake with Jake Schwartz, who's only problem is he's such a good and compassionate listener I neither wanted to get off the phone with him nor work with a team rather then him alone. But the team impressed just as much. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and competent. And then there is Ryan Wilber He's a pistol and my favorite thing about him was he was kind and patient, unless I needed to take action faster then I was and then he was clear that I needed to move it. Perfect combo for a lawyer. I can't recommend them enough.

Ryan was with me every step of the way in my case in Napa. He was reliable, dependable, and was 100% transparent. His staff is also excellent. As I move through my case, Ryan continues to show extreme competency, confidence, and command - everything you need from a great lawyer!

Generally when you need the services of an attorney there is usually something very unpleasant disrupting your life. Lots of folk’s views on lawyers are not so positive, there right up there with Realtors and used car salesman. So ever in my wildest dreams did I think I would become good friends with my counselor! I had been arrested for a DUI and Ryan was referred to me by his partner Jake Swartz who ran my case by Ryan because he does not litigate and to get Ryan’s view on my chance of beating or reducing my sentence if we went to trial. Hello, I hired Mr. Wilber to defend my husband, I was very worried my husband would need to go to jail for a long time. I found myself in a bit of a pickle after getting a DUI with my child in the car. I was referred to Ryan by my previous attorney who was unable to take my case due to having back surgery. From the moment I met Ryan he was amazing. During my consultation I explained what happened and was only driving due to a medical emergency with my wife. Right from the get go, he was not only empathetic but also very understanding of my situation. He advised of me things I should do to try and help my case so the DA would be willing to work with us. At arraignment he immediately got one of my charges down to a misdemeanor. Needless to say, I was looking at 210 days for my charges with no alternatives and somehow through hard work and persistence he was able to get it down to 70 days with alternatives allowed. After an awful decision to drink and drive, I found myself in dire need of help. I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer to help me in my case. Ryan took care of everything. He kept me in the loop after each trial, was very communicative, and turned a nightmareish situation into something more tolerable. They wanted to give me 9 months of DUI school and he got it reduced to 3 months. They wanted to install an IID in my car and he got that taken care of! Ryan and his team are the absolute best.
