I was referred to David J. Collier Attorney at Law by a Sonoma County Real Estate agent to represent me in a matter of Trust administration. Mr Collier was very professional and very efficient in his work. He was meticulous with knowledge and detail of this process. Mr Collier was able to have the Court name me Trustee of the Trust from executor. I am very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in January 2017. He didn't have any of his affairs in order and left many things undone. I live in Oregon and didn't know exactly what to do with his home, bills, estate and other issues. Recently, David and I worked together on an international case regarding real estate and family trust questions. I really enjoyed working with him because he was targeted, committed but unagitated, and reliable. Of course, he knew all about the relevant domestic and international legal aspects of the case.
