I called the office of Galante and Copenhaver at 12:30 pm on Monday with questions about getting a trust and will for our mother who is sadly at the end of her battle with cancer. I had just found out she had no will or any formal arrangements for her estate. At 3:30 pm the next day we had the signed and notarized documents completed at her bedside in the hospital. They were so attentive and compassionate and at the same time more than professional and efficient. I am absolutely blown away at the extremely high level of service they provided at a time when we needed it the most. I can't thank the entire staff enough. They all played a part in relieving our stress at this time of sadness. I highly recommend Galante & Cooenhaver for all your trust needs.

Ann listened earnestly to my situation, which I was unsure was likely to be solved. My case was unusual--my husband passed away before our marriage documents were completed. She did not dismiss the complexity of my case...she actually embraced the challenge and saw it through to the end, which I'm happy to say turned out exactly as I had hoped! After my stepfather died, Ann's firm was recommended to me by a friend to make sure that I got what my mom wanted me to get from her estate. My stepfather had remarried and his new wife and her family tried to get their names on all of MY MOM's stuff. I could tell Ann and Adam and Giuliana knew exactly what they were doing. They filed a petition, we had a mediation, and boom. Me and my brothers got what mom wanted us to have. The whole time, Ann believed in us and did such a great job explaining what was going on. Don't let Ann's small stature fool you. She is a real tiger when it comes to the law and her clients. Ann studies hard and then fights hard. She reviewed a very complicated trust for us that another firm had written. Ann identified several errors that we were then able to correct. Actually, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
