Evan was extremely accessible and thorough when it came to my representation. As a person who has used alternative representation in the past, I came into this situation extremely skeptical to say the least. Evan put any doubts that I had to rest. He is a capable attorney who gave my case the attention it needed. He also made sure to keep me well informed with case updates every step of the way. Evan was also very good about taking the time to explain things to me that I needed clarification on. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart and helped minimize the damage of my indiscretion.

I was charged with a DUI a few years back and Patrick successfully had it dismissed (at quite a reasonable fee I might add) - since then he has been a friend and resource on a broad range of matters. I cannot recommend Pat enough and do so whenever I hear from a friend with a legal issue.

Excellent attorney, helped me with my dui and worked very thoroughly and worked out an amazing deal for my case,and was able to expunge it off my record and terminate my probation early. I have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone who needs help after being arrested.

May, 2015. The state of california needs to stop including this law office on their attorney's list, as the staff there have NEVER returned my phone calls for assistance, despite two intakes and numerous calls. The staff of at least 8 doesn't even answer their phones, not even the operator nor the receptionist. A pathetic example of an attorney's office which is unresponsive to the needs of at least this former worker in need of assistance on a worker's comp case.

I am so happy that I went to Atty. Patrick Ciocca for legal representation. Atty. Ciocca was able to negotiate and come to an agreement to resolved my case. He is what you might call a lawyer who helped people in need. Very kind hearted and very honest but firm in giving advice and instructions.

Patrick was unbelievably helpful to my wife and I in getting a will and trust setup. He offered a lot of experienced advice and in the end, we got everything we needed at a rate that would be difficult for a lot of other attorneys to compete with!

When my friend had legal trouble with a civil restraining order and we contacted the Law Office of Patrick Ciocca, he returned our call right away. After explaining the difficult situation my friend was in, Mr. Ciocca advised us that there was a way my friend could represent himself "pro se," without having to pay a lawyer. Mr. Ciocca then explained, step by step, the way my friend should go about representing himself. He took thirty minutes out of his day and charged nothing. He easily could have taken my friend's money, but didn't, because, he said, "you don't absolutely need a lawyer." Refreshing.

Patrick was a partner and guide through the legal process! He was in constant communication with me and my son to help us through a very emotional and time consuming legal maze. He is knowledgeably, kind, and kept me up to date on my son's case. He provided his expertise about the system process and when he didn't know he found out and advised me. He was a rock for me and a great support for my son. I highly recommend him!

When I was arrested and charged with a crime, I didn't know what to do. But with Patrick's careful help, thoughtful guidance and aggressive representation, I was able to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. I did no jail time when the original offer from the prosecutor was 120 days in jail.
