My Mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Miller regarding family matters in June of 2018. He and his staff were so warm and welcoming we felt right at home. Mr. Miller gave us excellent advice and didn't charge for it, amazing. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs.

My experience with Paul was exceptional. Paul discussed, at length, my late fathers estate. He was very informative, professional, and a straight shooter. My conversation was well over 45 minutes at no charge.

We finally met Paul Miller in person. After a few minutes discussing our needs, he pointed me to a place where we could create our own durable POA, rather than him making one at his substantial hourly rate. Very nice man, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and by any measure, not in it for the money, if he perceives that a client can do some of their own legal work. Highly recommended!

Paul Miller is gracious, organized/efficient, knowledgeable, and cost effective. We have a complex financial structure and Paul was able to work through it with dispatch and make some very sound recommendations for our current situation and for the future which is of course the reason for developing an estate plan in the first place. We needed to update our wills and healthcare directives but didn't know where to start and it all seemed so daunting. A friend recommended we see Paul. He suggested we do a trust and explained why. Evan Zelig is a superb attorney. He provided me with defense at a trial for a very reasonable price, and his service was easily worth more than what he charged. He spent many hours with me preparing. He was competent and he cut right to the important points in the courtroom. He was also humane and personable behind the scenes. I would highly recommend his services.

Evan truly cares. I hired Evan many years ago to help me take care of a DUI I received when I was 21. I was in a very abusive relationship when the DUI took place. I finally got out when I hired Evan. He walked me through all the steps. Just recently, WA state joined the interstate. And I received a letter in the mail stating they are going to suspend my license next month due to a DUI in California from when I was 21. I freaked out. Hahaha I called and emailed Evan. He immediately called me back. He did warn me of this many years ago and I totally forgot. He sent me the paperwork I needed to stop the suspension. It worked! My license is in good standing again. I cannot thank him enough. Hire Evan! Best decision you could make. He treats you like a human being. He truly cares for his clients.

Had an incident back in 2015, hired Mr. Ciocca for my defense. Although the case didn't go out exactly as we anticipated, Mr. Ciocca was extremely supportive of me throughout the process. Not to mention, he has always been there for me even when I had questions years after the case has been closed. If you're in the North Bay and want a lawyer who truly cares about you and not just making some $$$, hire Mr. Ciocca. You won't be disappointed.
